The Federal Service for Defence Contracts (Rosoboronzakaz) is a federal body of executive authority responsible for monitoring and supervision of compliance with norms and regulations stipulated by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation, in the sphere of the state defence contracts, the procurement of goods, the conduct of operations and the rendering of services for classified federal state needs not related to the state defence contracts by federal and regional bodies of executive authority, local self-government bodies, their officials and legal entities.
