The Federal Registration Service is a federal body of executive authority responsible for providing state services in state registration of rights to immovable property and related transactions, keeping the unified state register of self-regulated organisations of arbitration managers, the register of arbitration managers, and the unified state register of self-regulated organisations of valuers, as well as services in exercising control over the activity of self-regulated organisations of arbitration managers and ensuring oversight of the activity of self-regulated organisations of valuers.
